Each piece is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for 24k gold vermeil or 1–2 weeks for sterling silver before shipment. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For solid 14K Gold, please allow 3-4 weeks prior to shipping. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
All Pamela Card Jewelry purchases are final and while we do not accept returns, we will be pleased to exchange your gold plated/silver pieces or offer you store credit within 14 days of delivery.
